This article will cover the SAAT exam in terms of the B.Sc (Hons) Agriculture course for the year 2025.
To be eligible to take the SAAT test for B.Sc (Hons) Agriculture, students must meet the following eligibility criteria:
It's worth noting that, Eligibility criteria for other courses might differ from the criteria mentioned above. It's always recommended to check the university's eligibility criteria on its official website or by contacting its admission department.
SOA University considers the marks scored in the SAAT exam as one of the most important factors in the selection process for the B.Sc (Hons) Agriculture program, so students who perform well in the SAAT exam and meet the eligibility criteria will have a better chance of getting admitted to the program. This simply implies that scoring well on the SAAT is not enough; fulfilling the other criteria is also a primary factor of consideration before the final admissions take place.
To take the SAAT test 2025, students will need to follow these general steps
Once the application process is complete, students will need to wait for the announcement of the SAAT 2025 exam date. The University will notify the students about the exam's date, time, and location, and for more details or admission visits our GHRU Saikheda University.
While the final dates are not out yet, check out the tentative exam dates for SAAT 2025 as follows:
The exam consists of two papers – Paper 1 and Paper 2. Both papers will be of objective type and will consist of multiple choice questions. The duration of the SAAT exam will amount to up to 2 hours. The total number of questions included in the exam will be 120.
Paper 1: This paper will consist of questions from Biology, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and English, as these are the basic subjects that need to be studied for the SAAT.
Paper 2: This paper will consist of questions from Agriculture, Environmental Science, Horticulture, and Agronomy. This paper will dive better into the area of specialization that you want to pursue, being BSc Hons. Agriculture, in this case.
The SAAT test is a very competitive examination that needs practice, planning, and execution with a good time management tactic. Your best bet to prepare for the exam is to get your sources in order (books, notes, flashcards, etc.) and start from the basics. Once you revise all the required topics at least once, move on to solving sample papers and mock tests. This will help you identify areas that need improvement and give you a better hold on your time management. Do not leave the preparation for the last month or the last stage. Work on it little by little from the very beginning.
Work on grasping the concepts better and not merely on understanding them. Find correlation factors between the concepts and real life to retain them better.
