In a dynamic blend of education and real-world application, students from G.H Raisoni School of Law, Saikheda recently organized and participated in a Crime Scene Investigation (CSI) event on 10 th of August 2024.
This initiative was designed to bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical skills and also provided a unique learning experience for the participants, fostering a deeper understanding of forensic science and criminal justice.
Ms. Qurratul Ain Kausar Ansari having interest in Fingerprint Forensic Biology and Serology, Forensic Chemistry and Toxicology, Cyber Forensic, Forensic Photography and Crime Scene Management was the Guest of honor for the event.
To ensure the exercise was as educational as it was engaging, the event was supervised by Ms. Bharati Verma (Fingerprint Expert at CID), Guest Faculty, along with Students of 3 rd Semester BSc,LLB. Event was conducted at 3 Levels : Quiz, Mystery Chase and Crime Scene Investigation.
Students worked together to analyze fingerprints, interpret blood spatter patterns, and decode cryptic messages. This collaborative effort not only honed their investigative skills but also reinforced the importance of teamwork in solving complex problems.
Events like these are crucial in preparing students for future careers, providing them with a taste of what to expect in the professional world. The CSI event not only enriched the students’ academic experience but also sparked a greater interest in the field of forensic science, potentially inspiring some to pursue it as a career path.
