Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU CEEB Exam) is a public central institute in New Delhi, India. The institution was named after the first Prime Minister, Jawaharlal Nehru, as the term implies! Who can take the JNU CEEB Exam- 2025?

A candidate must meet the following requirements in order to sit for the JNU CEEB Exam- 2025 for Biotechnology | M. Sc. Agricultural Biotechnology:

  • The JNU CEEB Exam 2025 is available to all Indian nationals and international nationals who have finished their Higher Secondary Examination (10+2) or equivalent with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks in the science stream.
  • Candidates must have completed Chemistry, Physics, English, and Biology as mandatory subjects.
  • Candidates who will be taking their 10+2 test in 2025 are also eligible to apply for the exam. In addition to the prerequisites listed above, candidates for M.Sc. Agricultural Biotechnology must have completed the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET).
  • Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in any subject with at least 50% overall. Candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or associated disciplines with a minimum of 55% marks may also apply.
  • Candidates who have completed their qualifying examination at a university outside of India must present the Association of Indian Universities (AIU) equivalency certificate at the time of admission.
  • The JNU CEEB Exam 2025 has an age limit of 25 years as of July 1, 2021. Candidates from the SC/ST/OBC/PWD categories will have their maximum age restriction reduced in accordance with government regulations

How to take the JNU CEEB Exam- 2025?

  • Confirm Your Eligibility: Before applying for the JNU CEEB Exam 2025, it is critical that you check your eligibility. The eligibility requirements for the test are that the applicant has a Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology or similar fields with a minimum of 55% marks in aggregate from a recognized University or an equivalent qualification recognized by the Ministry of HRD, Government of India.

Exam pattern for JNU CEEB Exam- 2025.

The JNU CEEB Exam 2025 will last three hours and will be computer-based (CBT). It will be divided into two sections:

This portion will consist of 40 multiple-choice questions that must be answered in 3 hours. Each question will be worth one point. For every incorrect response, 0.25 points are deducted.
